Ordering online from The Giant Pet Store is easy. All card transactions take place on a secure server and we accept all major Credit and Debit cards. Just add the required items(s) to your shopping basket and follow the prompts displayed. On receipt of your order, you will be given a reference and an email receipt. Your goods will then be dispatched as soon as possible (usually the next working day for items currently in stock).

Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery on all purchases over £29.00 and under 50kg in weight to mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland from stock, normally to you within five working days. Any orders below £29.00 to these areas will pay a minimum of £1.95 and a maximum of £6.95 depending on weight and postcode. Orders weighing over 50kg to these areas will pay £11.25 plus 30 pence per kilo increase.Please note we will endevour to keep the postage as low as possible as we would like you to continue shopping with us.
Unfortunately there are a few postcodes covering the Highlands and Islands of the United Kingdom that we charge a premium of £25 and upwards to deliver to. They are as follows:AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36 to IV40, IV52 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41, PH49 to PH50, Northern Ireland, HS, IV41 to IV49, IV51, IV55 to IV56, KA27 to KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA68, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Channel Islands and Republic of Island.
The estimated delivery times shown are an indication only. When products are currently in stock, we aim to process and dispatch all orders received the next working day. However, if any items are not currently in stock, delivery may be delayed. Please therefore allow up to 28 days.
We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team at info@petshopping.co.uk . Part shipping of orders is done at our own discretion.
Should our carriers be unable to make satisfactory delivery they will attempt to make a second call or offer the means for your to collect. If delivery or collection fails and the goods are returned to us we reserve the right to make an additional delivery charge to cover the cost of their subsequent delivery, provided the original goods were properly addressed and the appropriate carriage fee had been paid by us.

Backorders
We keep as much as possible of what is on-line in stock. Most items that are out of stock arrive within a week or two. All backorders are shipped within 24 hours of their receipt. If a backordered item is arriving within 48 hours, we may hold the order until it arrives. There are times when items that are manufactured for us take longer than normal to arrive. These items offer the delivery times in the individual product information section.
Styles, Colours & Pack Sizes
Pictures and narrative are intended to give a true indication of our products but packaging and exact styles may vary from time to time. Unless specifically stated in the narrative, the colour of goods supplied may vary from that shown in the picture but special requests for colours may be placed by noting your requirements within the customer comments section of the online ordering screens. Such special requests will be catered for as far as is practicable and we will contact you if requested colours are not available or are subject to delay in shipping, but exact colours and/or shades cannot be guaranteed. Some products may have pictures attached that are of the same product only of a different pack size.
Our Return/Refund Policy
We will replace any of our items if it has a defect, a replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt of the faulty item. The cost of the return, arranged by us, or with our knowledge, will be paid. Our cancellation period is seven days from receipt of the goods. Refunds will be given on goods returned which are not required and notified within seven days of receipt, in this case the cost of return is the customers responsibility. Part of the value of an item is its method or secret, please be careful when selecting an item for purchase. If you have any questions regarding a prop or effect, please contact us and we will do our best to answer your questions. Any returned goods must be unused and in saleable condition in the original packaging. Only authorised returns will be accepted. If returning a product to us, please email info@petshopping.co.uk with the details before doing so.
