Delivery Charges
Delivery on all purchases to mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland from stock, normally to you within five working days. Any orders to these areas will pay a minimum of £1.95 and a maximum of £6.95 depending on weight and postcode. Orders weighing 50kg to these areas will pay £11.25 plus .25p for every additional kilo.
Please note we will endeavor to keep the postage as low as possible as we would like you to return.
Unfortunately there are a few postcodes covering the Highlands and Islands of the United Kingdom that we charge a premium of £25 and upwards to deliver to. They are as follows: AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36 to IV40, IV52 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41, PH49 to PH50, Northern Ireland, HS, IV41 to IV49, IV51, IV55 to IV56, KA27 to KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA68, PH42 to PH44, ZE, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.
The estimated delivery times shown are an indication only. When products are in stock, we aim to process and dispatch all orders received the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on Monday. However, if any items are not in stock, delivery may be delayed. Please therefore allow up to 28 days.
We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team at info@petshopping.co.uk . Part shipping of orders is done at our own discretion and will therefore arrive separately but delivery will only be charged once.
Should our carriers be unable to make satisfactory delivery they will attempt to make a second call or offer the means for you to collect. If delivery or collection fails and the goods are returned to us we reserve the right to make an additional delivery charge to cover the cost of their subsequent delivery, provided the original goods were properly addressed and the appropriate carriage fee had been paid by us.
